健康體適能

本園十分關注兒童的成長和身體發展的需要,配合校本體能課程,延展「親子愛運動計劃」,設計適切和有趣的體適能遊戲,並於每天上課前由老師帶領一起做早操,課堂中也會定時進行護脊操,更透過親子運動會,促進兒童大小肌肉的發展及親子互動,幫助孩子從小培養恆常運動習慣和健康的生活模式,讓兒童積極迎接未來的挑戰。

Physical Fitness

We extremely concern about the growth and physical development of children. We believe that children can brave future challenges if regular exercise habits and healthy lifestyle develop from an early age. In accord with our school-based physical training program, we join the ‘Parent-child Love Sports Program’ to provide apposite and interesting physical fitness games for children. At school, our children do morning exercises with teachers every day, they also do exercises of spine protection during lessons. Through Parent-child sports days, we promote children’s gross and fine motor skills as well as parent-child interaction.
